Alcove was engaged to design and construct the raising of an existing warehouse roof to accommodate the install of a vertical powder coating facility. A total area of 380m2 and 13m high, the roof protruded an additional 4m from the existing. One point of contact for the design and construction works and keeping within budget made for a happy client. Additional works on the site included concrete services trenches, a services grid, a new external canopy and civil works and carpark.
